This project of 2025 has been one of the biggest challenges of my art career.
What started as a simple idea grew bigger with every day and at times made me question my skills.
While it was a joy to work on I was not used to draw this multitude of characters and also had to perform on a rather tight schedule.
Thanks to the help of the project manager it still came out on time and turned out the way the client, Apex Legends, was hoping it would.
I had the idea to include a ton of references, hide nessies as a search picture and add decorations that could also be produced/translated to real life.
The learning experience was a tuff one but I think I leveled up my own skills with this project-
that being said, I don't think I'll ever draw that many characters in one illustration ever again :'D

The progress was not linear and a couple of challenges were met during visualizing the color theme and light setting. The learning curve was steep.
